  • Co-Founder

    GP has over a decade of nonprofit and government experience in South Carolina, ranging from local government work, statewide alliances, and regional coalitions. He spent over 10 years in the creative sector, advocating for stronger policy and funding for the arts and arts education. Currently, he works in the transportation sector, advancing mobility solutions for communities across a ten-county region.

    Elected in 2019, GP also serves as Mayor of Fountain Inn, SC.

    He’s been involved with numerous boards and advisory councils at every level and currently sits on the boards of the Association of SC Mayors, Keep Laurens County Beautiful, Municipal Association of SC’s Legislative Committee, and the Greenville-Pickens Area Transportation Study’s (GPATS) Policy Committee.

    With a passion for process and policy, GP gets excited about helping clients learn how to strengthen their organization’s capacity for advocacy, communication, and governance.

    GP was born and raised in South Carolina and lives in Fountain Inn with his wife, Taylor, their daughter, Albee James, and one dog (Mavis) and cat (Pippa).


  • Co-Founder

    Meredith is passionate about helping nonprofits connect authentically and effectively with the communities they serve. After graduating College of Charleston with a BA in Arts Management, she went on to build a robust marketing and fundraising department at Gravatt Camp and Conference Center in Aiken, before heading to the Upstate to serve as Director of Major and Corporate Giving at the SC Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities. She then relocated back to the Midlands, where she was born and raised, and continues to work in nonprofit and political fundraising.

    With over a decade of experience in fundraising, marketing, board relations, and event management, Meredith is a valuable resource for advancing clients’ community impact goals.

    Today, Meredith lives in Columbia with her husband, Scott, and their two cats, Moose and Roddy.


  • Walker has over 20 years of experience in direct government and community relations. She has worked within every level of government from Capitol Hill, to lobbying state government, and working with counties and local municipalities. She has also been actively engaged in the non-profit sector as a board member, volunteer, and funder.

    She has worked on a vast array of issues such as: health care, human trafficking, banking, economic development, transportation, affordable housing, as well as many other social issues.

    Walker is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where she majored in Mathematics and minored in Education.

    Walker was born and raised in Greenville, where she currently lives with her husband, Chris, their two children, a designer mutt, and a cat.


  • Taylor is a seasoned senior level administrator with a background in education. She has held positions from classroom teacher to serving on administration teams in various districts in South Carolina. Her background includes professional coaching for educators, instructional design, regulatory compliance, grant writing, special event planning, and community outreach.

    Taylor specializes in meeting facilitation and event planning for the Pecan team along with social media management.

    Born and raised in Union, SC, she received her undergraduate degree from Coker University in Hartsville, SC, and hold masters degrees in education from Anderson University (M.A.T.) and Clemson University (Ed.S). She serves on the board of Mill Town Players and her neighborhood’s HOA.

    Taylor and her husband, GP, live in Fountain Inn with their daughter, Albee James.
